Rather than expanding outward, this new location is found within the current Night City map but was previously inaccessible. It's almost hard to believe since Cyberpunk 2077's map is already so massive, but CD Projekt Red has managed to flesh out Night City even more with Dogtown, which will provide players with a ton of new content to explore.
The Afterlife is the name of a club in Night City, known throughout the decades for its solo and merc clientele. South Night City in particular could easily have smaller warehouses and such that are accessible by the water. There are a few docks mentioned in tales of the red. Northeast in the upper marina is where most are located. As far as I could find in the rulebook, the Upper Marina is for recreational vehicles.
